Bill majored in accounting and business administration at Goldey-Beacom College, which inducted him into its Distinguished Alumni Gallery in 1982. He began his career in a regional accounting firm, and later held a managerial position for a Big Eight firm before founding Master, Sidlow & Associates, P.A.
